Recently I took up pastel painting. I love how the colors melt together to create movement, depth and a sense of tranquility in these landscapes.
Sunrise at the Vineyard
there is nothing like the peacefulness of watching the sun rise on a tranquil morning. Being in a vineyard makes that peacefulness even more enjoyable. You can feel the coolness from the night still lingering as the sun slowly ascends on the horizon.
A Visit to Palisades Reservoir
Calm peaceful water reflects the clear blue sky. The richness of the evergreen shores add depth and texture to he still water. Imagine standing here first thing in the morning enjoying a tasty cup of coffee while taking the sweet cool air. Ah!
